언어 학습 앱 인터페이스의 사용성 평가 및 개선 방안 연구 -Hello Talk 중심으로-

초록

This study attempted to analyze the interface usability of Hello Talk, a Chinese Korean conversation learning app, and propose a convergent interface improvement plan to increase user satisfaction. To this end, first, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 15 users who have experience using the Hello Talk app to analyze the app's usage status. Based on this, a user test of the app was conducted with 10 users who have experience using the language learning app. After evaluating the usability of the app through the SUS survey, post-interviews were conducted to derive results. Finally, four measures were devised to distinguish between advertisements and valid information, improve the accuracy of information delivery, reduce the level of similar navigation items and interaction tutorials, and provide interaction tutorials. When designing the integrated interface of the language learning app, the results of this study can provide an interactive tutorial, such as identification of advertising information, recognition of image and text information, minimization of unnecessary navigation and interface levels, and interaction tutorials. It will provide useful guidelines for developing or designing language learning apps in the future.
