세계화에 따른 의존성 증가는 어떻게 탈세계화를 가져오는가?

초록

This study explored in depth the unfolding dynamics of Deglobalization 2.0, which has been accelerating with President Trump's return to office. Focusing on the two concepts of dependency and vulnerability, it examined—through modeling—how deglobalization emerged endogenously within the process of globalization, and how the political and economic spheres interact throughout the deglobalization process. The analysis also compared the differences between the earlier Deglobalization 1.0 and the current Deglobalization 2.0. It pointed out that, based on the experience of Deglobalization 1.0, it is essential to maintain a minimum institutional framework capable of preserving inter-state trust and policy coordination in order to prevent radical deglobalization.
