초록
This paper presents the design of a current-mode DC-DC buck converter for portable devices. Controller of DC-DC buck converter is designed by current-mode control method. A current-mode DC-DC buck converter is implemented in a standard 0.13㎛ CMOS process, and the overall die size is 1.02㎟. The peak efficiency is 93.5 % and the switching frequency is from 1 to 1.25㎒, the maximum load current is 400㎃.
