코로나19 전후 좋은 일자리 변화

초록

Recently, there has been increasing interest in good jobs, considering various working conditions. This study defines good jobs based on wages, working hours, and employment stability, and examines the current status by gender, age, region, and industry. The findings show that women and youth are underrepresented in industries with a higher proportion of good jobs compared to men and non-youth. Additionally, regions experiencing population decline show a lower prevalence of good jobs. This study further analyzes the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, revealing that women and youth faced a greater decline in the likelihood of securing good jobs compared to men and non-youth.
