지역사회 연계 IC-PBL 교육모형 개발과 운영 성과 분석

초록

Purpose: This study develops a community-linked IC-PBL educational model and examines its effectiveness through classroom implementation. Method: This study employs a Design-Based Research (DBR) methodology to develop the IC-PBL educational model that ensures organic collaboration between the local community and the university. The initial model derived from the literature review underwent an iterative verification process, during which a Mixed Methods Research approach –incorporating both surveys and written interviews—was employed. Through this empirical feedback process, the validity of the model was secured, leading to the finalization of the circular regional–industry–university linked educational model. Results: The analysis revealed that both instructors and learners exhibited high levels of educational effectiveness and engagement across quantitative indicators, thereby validating the efficacy of the model. However, qualitative analysis indicated a need for further refinement of operational processes, specifically regarding the calibration of initial scenario difficulty, standardization of feedback quality, and institutional mechanisms for the continuous circulation of outcomes. Conclusion: By proposing a circular IC-PBL operational model—comprising problem identification, curriculum matching, collaborative operation, and outcome feedback—this study provides a practical framework that addresses the limitations of fragmentary industry–academic cooperation. This contributes to strengthening the sustainability of community-linked education and embodying the university's role in social contribution at the curricular level.
