코로나19 사회적거리두기의 예방행동의도와 위험지각, 심각성 인식이 사회적 유대감에 미치는 영향: 구조방정식 모형을 통한 소셜미디어 이용강도 및 이용동기 매개효과 검증

Effects of COVID-19 Social Distancing Behavior on Social Bonding: Mediating Effects Analyzed by Structural Equation Model

초록

This study analyzed the relationships between the preventive behavioral intention of COVID-19 social distancing, risk perception, severity perception, social media use (motivation, intensity), and social bonding, using a structural equation model. The results indicate that the behavioral intention for social distancing and risk perception have a significant positive influence on the intensity of social media use. Although behavioral intention and severity perception had a positive effect on the motivation to use social media, risk perception and motivation to use social media had a negative effect on social bonding. Behavioral intention and severity perception had indirect effects on the path to social bonding. The higher severity perception of COVID-19, the higher the social bonding, suggesting the importance of strategies to strengthen community consciousness and effective risk communication in crisis situations.
