린 스타트업 방법론을 적용한 선행 디자인 프로세스 제안 연구

초록

Start-ups are creating a new innovative management methodology through rapid feedback for customers and organic change to bring the whole business processes together, focusing on actual business model. On the other hand, advanced design sector has difficulty of being shunned by markets in many cases because it is difficult to consider even actual business environment in addition to others. This research is intended to find the direction for the conventional advanced design development methodology to extend toward through innovation management methodology that a startup creates on the basis of this background. We derived the concept model applied lean startup method``s primary concept, build-up by test-driven feedback apply. Then, We carried interview out for strength and weakness comparison of existing process on process itself. As the result of interview, the factors that become the purposes of lean advanced design process were mainly mentioned as the strength such as reduction of market failure risk of new items, acquirement of persuasive power for commercialization and improvement of external design completeness through concurrent process. On the other hand, the factors that are related with the question ``how much most of repeated test process can be operated effectively`` were mentioned as weakness.
