주거시설 모듈러 유닛의 이축 및 재설치를 위한 재활용률 산출에 관한 기초 연구

초록

This study calculated the depreciation for the transfer and re-installation of modular units in residential facilities and proposed a formula todetermine the recycling rate based on the number of years passed. The analysis showed a recycling rate of 32.5% after 50 years. Thesefindings can serve as a basis for increasing the recycling rate of modular units in the future, and suggest that business plans should considerrecycling timelines of 20-25 and 40-45 years for residential facilities. However, this study only accounted for full repairs when calculatingdepreciation, without considering the large and medium-scale repairs typically applied to RC buildings. Future research should expand toinclude not only full repair depreciation “0” but also partial repairs over the entire analysis period.
