대한축구협회 인식에 대한 텍스트 분석

초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to use text-mining techniques to understand the public’s perception of the ‘Korea Football Association’ and analyze the discourse that arises. Method: The data analysis period spanned approximately 1 year and 1 month, from May 1, 2023, to May 28, 2024, with a total of 14,048 cases included in the final analysis. The analysis comprised stages of UcINet 6 and NetDraw analysis, as well as word cloud visualization. Results: The top 10 keywords related to the Korea Football Association were in the following order: Korea Football Association, Chung Mong-gyu, Klinsmann, next commander, first choice for coach, difficulties in selecting a new coach, Asian Cup, failure to appoint, responsibility for all situations, and resignation. The CONCOR analysis results were grouped into five categories: discord among players, national team coach, next coach issue, negative public opinion, and association and competition. Conclusion: It is found that the Korea Football Association needs to actively respond to public criticism by establishing a stable operation, administrative system, media response plan, and crisis communication system, and by quickly appointing a manager.
