초록

The human microbiome refers to micro-organisms living inside and outside the human body and their entire genetic information. The intestinal microbiome refers to the microbiota ecosystem that exists in the human body's internal gut and stomach. Recently, microbiome research is being conducted by integrating and analyzing existing microbial communities with various medical data and metadata on health to derive results. This paper intends to design a web service that can help analyze the correlation and casual relationship with neuropsychiatric disease by analyzing the environmental data of the intestinal microbiome. Through this web service, we intended to be helpful in diagnosing and treating neuropsychiatric disorders by analyzing changes in the intestinal microbiome and improvement or worsening of neuropsychiatric disorders.
