물류 서비스 산업에서 Point to Point 물류 네트워크 방식을 위한 공급망 설계 연구

Faced with ​​a rapid quantitative growth, many domestic logistic service providers continue to have an intense competition to keep the market share in responding to customers’ demands and reinforce the service competence by minimizing the cost of transport. As a means of strengthening the competitiveness, it is essential to establish an optimal logistics network and an effective transportation hub location strategy for the long-term changes in the transport volume. This paper, considering the present condition, proposes the optimization method of Point to Point logistics network transport system. This study reflects the major factors that affect the optimal logistics network design by utilizing the actual demand data of a nationwide mid-sized logistics services enterprise. In order to achieve customer satisfaction and minimize the cost, it was proposed to reshape the optimal transportation districts and streamline logistics network transport system. For the optimal design of supply chain, this paper formulated Greenfield Network by using cluster analysis which reflected the actual demand data, and compared the alternatives by simulating the reorganization transportation districts through the service terminal integration.
