Multibit delta-sigma modulator with dynamic element matching.

초록

High performance delta-sigma modualtor is designed in standard 0.35um CMOS process. It operates for the signal bandwidth of 300kHz for ADSL-CO applications. In order to achieve stabe operation with high performance, multibit quantizer is used instaed of the conventional comparator. The silicon measurement result shows good performance.
