A current-mode charge pump circuit is presented. The charge pump circuit uses no series resistor or no series current regulator, unlike conventional charge pump circuits. The output current in a proposed circuit is regulated by using the current-sensing technique. A charge pump is able to operate from 2.5V to 3.3V supply voltage. The line regulation is less than 0.6%.
