Fabrication of a grid-type transparent electrode using a composite material of conductive polymer and silver nanowire

초록

Flexible transparent electrodes with a grid pattern were fabricated using a composite material of conductive polymer (PEDOT:PSS) and silver nanowire (AgNW). Dispersion solution prepared by mixing AgNW, PEDOT:PSS, HDD(2,4-hexadiene-1,6-diol) were spin coated on polyethylene trerephthalate (PET) substrate. The coated AgNW+PEDOT:PSS composite layer was exposed to ultraviolet (UV, 254 nm wavelength, 2 mW/s·cm2 power) light through a grid-patterned quartz-chrome mask for 30min and washed by spraying DI water. The fabricated grid-type electrode showed approximately 81.1% of transmittance at 550 nm, which was much higher than the transmittance of the sheet-type electrode.
