극저온 고주파 노이즈 증폭 시스템 개발

초록

To measure noise characteristics of nano devices, we fabricated cryoamplifiers, having high frequency characteristic and good operation ability at low temperature. Cryoamplifer is used to amplify a selected frequency domain at same temperature with test devices. Schematic diagram of cryoamplifier is drawn by Multisim and ExpressPCB. The cryoamplifier is composed by a HEMT and various filters. Homemade cryoamplifiers in this project have two filtering domains and gain, below -5 kHz, around 2 MHz and -6.0 V/V, respectively. We demonstrate corresponding test results under experimental conditions in detail.
