창의적 문제해결 방법을 활용한 사이버불링 예방 교육 프로그램의 효과에 대한 내용분석

초록

The purpose of this research is to explore the experience of adolescents participating in a creative problem solving program for cyberbullying prevention. To understand how the participants qualitatively changed over time, this paper conducted content analysis of worksheets and participant observation on 27 adolescents, aged 11, who attended a creative problem solving program for cyberbullying prevention. Specifically, the interaction of language and behavior between the student-student and the student-teacher relationships was analyzed by contents related to cyberbullying and creative problem solving skills. Results of this study showed that adolescents were able to recognize the ambiguous cyberbullying problem in more detail, and present various and active forms of solution. In addition, the adolescents were able to devise a specific action plan considering the overall situation. As for creative problem solving, adolescents showed improvement not only in diffusion and convergent thinking but also in quantitative and qualitative aspect of ideas. These findings are important in that they have proven that the adolescents who participate in the program can respond flexibly and creatively to cyberbullying by utilizing creative problem solving strategies. Based on the results of the study, we suggest implications and ways to implement a creative problem solving program for cyberbullying prevention.
