보도교양 방송프로그램의 '윤리적 수준'과 '소재 및 표현기법'에 관한 방송심의결정 분석 연구: 2012~2014년까지 방영된 지상파와 종합편성채널 프로그램을 중심으로

초록

programming channels launched, 3 years have passed. There are a lot of controversial issues of impartial news and news shows as opposed to the spirit of expanding contents diversity in Korean broadcasting market. This study investigated deliberation for news and news shows of 3 Korean terrestial broadcasting channels(KBS, MBC, SBS) and 4 comprehensive programming channels(TV Chosun, JTBC, Channel A, MBN) based on the ethical level and subjects and representation techniques. The result indicated that the comprehensive programming channels have lower level of ethics than terrestial broadcasting channels. Furthermore, the former have more sensationalism and partiality than the latter. Also, the comprehensive programming channels have faced more sanctions than terrestial broadcasting channels. Especially, TV Chosun and Channel A were frequently pointed out these issues. On terrestial broadcasting, MBC has more problems than KBS and SBS.
