컴포넌트화 웹 컨텐츠의 사용자 인지행동 분석을 통한 최적화 멘탈유형 연구

초록

The purpose of this study is to draw the optimized mental types of a user regarding the conducts and problems caused by componentized web contents environment which has evolved into personalized service environment, analyzing and assessing users’ cognitive behavior. In addition, the purpose is to suggest the optimized mental types of a user that can be utilized for design R&D based on web environment as well as componentized web contents environment. This study has drawn the factors which determine the constituents of componentized web contents environment and users’ thinking and behavior through precedent studies and theoretical reviews and analyzed and assessed users’ cognitive behaviors for the purpose of drawing the optimized mental types based on such factors. As a result of conducting Mouse Tracking Analysis to analyze groups based on users’ cognitive behaviors and verify standardization, it showed that user’s mental types under componentized web contents environment varied in accordance with sex, age and an occupation. Especially, what the difference on users’ cognitive behaviors according to age and an occupation was clear means that the services supplied under componentized web contents environment should be differently supplied in accordance with each user type together with a common service type. On the basis of such results for the mental types, it should check that a mental types varies even in the field of personalized web contents interface and information design, and a mental types should be differently applied in web environment establishment or design development as well as web services supplied thereunder. Hereafter, other types of the optimized mental types should be constantly examined and studied, and it is expected that these results hereof will be utilized as a fundamental theory for scientific researches.
