초록
The inkjet printing in which small volumes of liquid ink are ejected through a nozzle and dispensed on to substrate, is a non-contact printing method without using photomasks, and it can create patterns directly. In this work, ink drops were printed on a glass substrate using a nanosilver conductive ink and a inkjet printer with single-nozzle inkjet head. The printed drops on a plasma surface treated substrate were observed and measured using a 3D nannosurface profiler. The effect of substrate temperature and droplet superimposition on drop morphology was investigated by defining the dimensionless coefficient of variation. The results show that better drop morphology can be obtained as the substrate temperature is increased and droplet is superimposed.
