금성당제 상징물의 문화사적 가치 부여 및 제언 －금성당의 장소성을 중심으로－

초록

The purpose of this study is to discover the specificity of the symbols of Geumseongdang's Ritual give cultural and historical value, and suggest it based on the locationality of Geumseongdang. During the Joseon Dynasty, Geumseongdang was located in three places: Gupabal, Nodeul, and Gaksim. It is located in Hansungbu and geographically in Seongjeosim-ri. Gupabal is the only existing Geumseongdang. Hanyang-gut was called Gupabalbon, Nordeulbon, and Gaksimbon because three groups formed their origins. Given that the name of the origin and the location of Geumseongdang coincide in terms of location, it is assumed that a shaman residential village was created around the branch-related place. Geumseongdang served as Geumseongdang's Ritual until the 1980s, when it was managed by a party leader, but it was temporarily suspended due to the migration of local residents in the aftermath of the development. After demonstrations at the Eunpyeong Culture and Arts Center in 2008 and 2009, Geumseongdang's Ritual was restored in earnest with the opening of the Shamanism Museum in 2016. The reproduced tradition goes through a series of processes that establish itself through a certain transition period of excavation and restoration. The reproduced Geumseongdang's Ritual is also in the process of establishing a formal framework. Geumseongdang has historical and locational characteristics, such as Hanyang-gut branch, a religious sanctuary in Seongjeosim-ri, a transportation hub to the northwest, the Joseon royal family, court ladies, and Imalsan Cemetery. Since the symbols of Geumseongdang's Ritual should also be expressed in the ritual accordingly, symbols that can reveal the status of Geumseongdang in the Joseon Dynasty in terms of history, place, and religion are illuminated to supplement them, and the necessity of expanding the object of origin is suggested. I would like to give meaning to this study in that the cultural and historical values of Geumsongdang and Geumseongdang's Ritual will also be reevaluated through rediscovery of various elements accompanying it along with the representation of the ritual.
