QFD기법을 이용한 염색가공업 품질경쟁력 제고방안에 관한 연구

초록

The purpose of this study is to derive a functional requirement from QFD by which is modified to be fit to the characteristics of dyeing and finishing products for developing and designing a new improved products in dyeing and finishing industry. To achieve this purpose, we conducted a survey of quality items from BSC point of views measured by Likert 7 scale to customers using dyeing and finishing products for detecting customers’satisfaction and relative importance of their requirement. The results of this study are as following. First, the items with higher satisfaction by customers are holding color standards, innovative quality management for expanding market share, possessing test & inspection equipments, and reflecting customers’ satisfaction to process. On the other hands, the items with lower satisfaction by customers are the educational goal of quality caused from the strategy goal, customer participation process, employee participation in quality education. Seconds, from the point of view of the customers’ requirements, the items with the relatively high proportion is holding color standards, possessing test & inspection equipments, and innovative quality management for expanding market share. Thirdly, considering the both quality elements and the importance, the most important factor is the consumer-intimate in dyeing and finishing industry. Leadership and process is important factor for quality elements and the importance, respectively. Based on these results, dyeing and finishing firms are able to increase customer satisfaction to improve the quality element with the higher importance.
