참여형 문화콘텐츠의 사용자 경험 향상을 위한 마이크로인터랙션 연구

초록

The development of modern media technology and the generalization of smart content are rapidly reorganizing into the aspect of users who want to realize full experiential value by shifting to active participants based on user participation. This is leading to attempts to maximize the user experience through complex cultural facilities and public platforms that are leading the modern cultural media content environment. Participatory cultural content is provided in various forms along with the expansion of digital and smart media functions, and in this process, if users experience more intuitive and natural interactions with the content and provide content experience satisfaction and positive recall, continuous cultural participation can be induced. In addition, since participatory content based on culture targets an average user without restriction on age and gender, it is time to study the methods and perspectives for design that anyone can understand and use universally. Therefore, this study seeks to apply participatory content based on culture by incorporating the characteristics of user experience factors that make up the media according to the micro-interaction stage that users will experience in developing participatory content that will be applied to the cultural media environment. Through the investigation and analysis of previous studies, this study derived user experience factors that influence the micro-interaction stage applied to participatory cultural contents. In addition, a research model was derived based on previous studies, and a questionnaire was designed to derive the importance of each factor. Based on the survey results, conclusions were drawn through statistical analysis of the factors that influence inducing the user experience at each stage of participatory cultural contents micro-interaction. We hope that this study will be helpful in developing video contents that will respond to media that will develop further in the future.
