지각된 사이버 보안 위험이 개인정보보호 증진을 위한 기술채택 및 지속이용 행위의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 관여도, 보호동기, 비용지불의사를 중심으로

초록

This study is to investigate how involvement, protection motivation and intention to payment on the perceived risk of cyber security affect behavioral intention to technology acceptance and sustainable use for promoting personal information security. The data were collected from 471 college students. Research findings indicate that there are significant relationships between involvement, perceived severity, response efficacy, self efficacy and intention to payment and the behavioral intention to technology acceptance and sustainable use for promoting personal information security. The perceived vulnerability, however, did not affect the dependant variable in this study. According to the previous stud ies, about 90% of IT users in Korea have used free security softwares in order to solve cyber security problems. Based on this characteristic of Korean IT users, this study tries to find significant variables on expecting the possibility of the security softwares acceptance without payment. The findings shows that the perceived vulnerability and self efficacy affect the possibility of acceptance of security software while the perceived severity and intention to payment have an influence on the possibility of intention not to payment.
