GMP(우수제조기준) 산업에서 CSV(컴퓨터시스템검증) 컨설턴트 역량에 관한 연구

초록

Purpose It is to understand the impact of consulting capabilities on consulting performance, customer satisfaction, and renewal intention when conducting CSV consulting for pharmaceutical, cosmetics, health functional food, and medical device companies, which are representative companies in the GMP industry. Methods An empirical analysis was conducted through a survey of workers working in companies in the GMP industry. Results It was confirmed that the competence of the consultant had a significant effect on consulting performance, customer satisfaction, and renewal intention. Conclusion In order to improve the consulting performance, customer satisfaction, and renewal intention of CSV consulting, implications for training and support for improving the consultant's job competency, management competency, and common competency were presented.
