A Study on Indicator Selection for Digital Transformation:Focusing on the Credit Card Financial Value Chain

초록
This study proposes a value chain-based framework of indicators for the digital transformation of card finance and derives practical tasks using these indicators. Key elements of the card finance value chain were selected through a Delphi survey, and specific indicators corresponding to each element were identified through a literature review. To validate the relevance of these indicators, a survey was conducted on 300 card finance professionals, followed by confirmatory factor analysis. Based on the results, 46 primary indicators for digital transformation were identified,
