하이브리드 강의 품질이 수강생의 학습 태도, 학습 몰입, 학습 만족에 미치는 영향: 스트릿 댄스 교과목을 중심으로

초록

This study attempted to empirically test the influence of hybrid lecture quality on students' learning attitudes, learning commitment, and learning satisfaction. Due to COVID-19, street dance education institutions, including the credit bank system, conducted hybrid lectures that incorporated face-to-face and non-face-to-face rather than full-face, so a total of 300 students took street dance courses as of the first semester.In addition, structural equation model analysis (two approaches) was conducted with two statistical programs: SmartPLS based on PLS and JASP based on covariance. Summarizing the analysis results of this study, it was found that only learning commitment did not affect students' learning satisfaction, and lecture quality had an effect on both learning attitude and students' learning satisfaction. In addition, it was found that the learner's learning attitude affects both learning commitment and learning satisfaction.This proves the positive effect of the hybrid education method, suggesting that the hybrid education method currently enforced due to the COVID-19 pandemic may continue in the post-COVID-19 era in the future.
