초록

This study aims to explore the meaning of love in “Chunhyang's Love Song.” Mainly, this paper noted four themes. First, This paper considered this text to contain the problem of self-exploration. From this point of view, I tried to explore the meaning of prison. Second, This paper studies the meaning of the sign ‘woman’. Third, This paper analyzes the status of “Lee Mong-ryong,” the ambiguous object of love. Fourth, This paper explores the subject of Chunhyangyeonga. The love of Chunhyang is fundamentally impossible. Lee Do-ryeong, the object of love, has the properties of a far-off object. This shows the weak foundation of “he” who will complete Chunhyang as the subject. Besides, the subject disappears as the object that was wanted was actually fiction. In that sense, this love shows 'empty eros' with no object or subject. Nevertheless, the poem's exciting point is that after both the fantasy batter and the subject are gone, the world also disappears. As a result, the Fantasy that overwhelmed Chunhyang disappears and remains in prison with no subject. This text shows ethical possibilities. This is because the poetic subject does not make up for or hurriedly suture the lack of the subject through Fantasy, but rather shows the world's lack and crack through the form of Fantasy. Across the Fantasy, Chun-hyang accepts Eros' absence and lack of subject as her own and faces the world's reality. To obtain the lack of subject matter and the lack of the world as one's own, to face the world's reality.
