초록

This work investigates the nanoparticle 2D self-assembly driven by liquid evaporation using real-time nanometer-scale TEM (Transmission Electron Microscopy) movies. We use liquid-phase TEM to monitor nanoparticle motions in drying-mediated self-assembly processes, and advance the mechanism analysis by calculating RDF (radial distribution function) and MSD (mean square displacement). These advances deliver critical scientific findings in the nanofluidic self-assembly process of nanoparticles. © 15CBMS-0001.
