HVSR을 활용한 기상청 지진관측소 VS30 추정

초록

TodevelopaGMM(GroundMotionModel)fromearthquakerecords,sitecharacteristicoftenrepresented by average shear wave velocity, VS30, at the seismic station is required. However, the KMA seismic stations do not have geophysical measurements. The direct geophysical survey is problematic because of national forest defrostration and civil complaint. In this study, the empirical correlations between VS30 and the peak frequency of HVSR (Horizontal-to-Vertical Spectral Ratio) are verified. The results show that VS30 is correlated well to the peak frequency, and we calculated VS30s of 26 KMA stations based on the correlation.
