This article is to clarify Kang Doha’s storytelling strategy of 'The Three Trilogy of Youth', ie, 〈Great Cattsby〉, 〈Romance Killer〉, and 〈Kubrick〉. He is the author who has been the most active explorer of the Webtoon grammar, and has contributed decisively to expanding the area of ​​Webtoon by continuously trying open conversation with surrounding genre. In this context, The Three Trilogy of Youth is a source of storytelling of Kang Doha, and at the same time, it is important because it is a record to explore the grammar of the webtoon. The storytelling strategy of Kang Doha can be noteworthy in terms of creating a new sound by recontextualization with combining the familiar materials unfamiliarly in his own story, utilizing intertextuality strategically, constantly performing differentiation and optimization of the grammar of the surrounding genre into webtoon and investigating the study of the poetics in webtoon. Above all, he has pursued his own story world through his provocative attempts to cope with each work and his efforts to overcome each. This article will explore 1) unfamiliar combinations of familiar motifs and mutual interference of double triangles, 2) present of intertextuality, 3) interactivity of senses and metaphors, and 4) exploration of names of series.
