인공지능 매개로 디자이너–의뢰인 협업 프로세스 구축 연구 – 캐릭터 디자인 사례를 중심으로 –

초록

This study proposes an AI-mediated collaboration process, based on the Double Diamond Model, to reduce intention gaps and stylistic misalignment between designers and clients in character design. In the NekoNa case study, natural language processing AI, image generation AI, and LoRA-based refinement were applied. Semantic analysis clarified the initial style direction, generated images accelerated decisions, and LoRA improved visual consistency. Interviews showed AI enhanced communication efficiency, though emotional and brand expression still required designer judgment. While limited to a single case, the study demonstrates AI’s potential as a practical mediator in design communication and suggests directions for further research.
