초록

The study globalization in the 21st century paradigm of ICT unpredictable creative thinking to solve the problems of the future society, are rich in emotion and experience in several areas is needed. The design can be given an education plan for the development of children's creativity and thinking skills that can be integrated into the academic characteristics of pure science and applied science. Accordingly aims to propose a scheme of the fusion with the design personnel training. The primary purpose of education is to have a talent convergence of scientific knowledge and skills to the students live a modern society. Thus, science, technology, engineering, art, mathematics to understand the convergence of education to train ever to be fused enemy personnel. Consider the theory of convergence in the design talent and education Based on this perspective, educational programs and specific teaching-learning method was proposed.The contents of training program is composed of a project-based learning and a waste of energy for elementary school students on the subject, Creative design through design thinking and improve juneunde interest and motivation for science and technology through the emotional significance placed Activities. Furthermore, to develop the knowledge and talent aechaksim for the fusion community. The effect expected in a program can be obtained the following conclusion. First, it was possible to explore the issues and resolve themselves have a dominant learning abilities and attitudes. Second, can an integrated approach to creative thinking. Third, the communication through the process to complete and contribute to the delivery in cooperation relationship. This paper is finished with a proposed educational program, adequacy of the program was to validate a qualitative research program. We hope this will help in training human resources in the fusion program design through the next design.
