혁신주체 간 협력 네트워크 분석: EU와 한국의 정부지원 연구개발사업 비교

This study was carried out to grasp the improvement points of Korea's technology innovation cooperation network by comparing and analyzing the EU - Korea government support R&D project cooperation network. First, the Framework Program (FP), a collaborative research and development program supported by the EU, was used for the analysis of the EU-funded R&D cooperation network. The characteristics of the cooperation network of the EU in this report are as follows: First, it is a small world network characterized by short path distance and high clustering coefficient. Second, the preference of connecting to specific innovation subject is prominent. Third, universities and public research institutes play an important role in the network. On the other hand, the characteristics of Korea's cooperation network analyzed through National Science and Technology Knowledge (NTIS) data are as follows. First, like the EU, it showed a narrow world network, but its density was stronger. Second, preference for linking to specific innovation entities was similar to that of the EU. Third, the proportion of universities among innovation entities was relatively high. These results show that the cooperation networks of EU and Korea are similar in structure but they are structurally similar, and universities and public research institutes play a leading role in the characteristics of innovative subject types. did. However, since the network of this study is limited by suppliers, future research should be conducted in consideration of user participation in innovation.
