한국 공직선거 투표용지의 색채에 관한 연구 - 색각이상 유권자 관점에서의 투표용지 시뮬레이션 -

초록

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the color system of the current ballot paper revised by South Korea's Regulations on the Management of the Public Official Election from the perspective of universal design. For this purpose, the legal basis of voting ballot color determination method used in Korean public election was examined, and the color design of the current ballot papers was analyzed by simulation from the viewpoint of color weaknesses and color blindness. The findings of this study are as follows: (1) Its effect of the revised regulations that allowed each ballot to distinguish from other ballots, was found to be valid for some color anomalies. (2) The revised ballot papers were not valid for some other color anomalies. (3) Or, there were rather deterioration of existing problems. The Korean ballot print methods are currently capable of using a completely new color system. Therefore, the problems are simply solvable by introducing the new ballot color system. Furthermore, it is also needed to study and suggest new voting systems for color disabled constantly.
