모바일 헬스 앱 디자인의 사용성 평가항목 중요도 분석

초록

In this study, as part of a study to increase the usability of mobile health apps, evaluation items related to the use of mobile health apps were derived and the importance of each item was identified. To this end, a group of 30 experts was formed to analyze and verify the relative importance and priorities of each item using the Delphi technique and the AHP layer analysis method. As a result, according to the weight priority of the upper item, 'effectiveness', 'usability', and 'safety' were relatively high, and according to the weight priority of the lower item, 'instant feedback', 'consistency', 'termality', 'functionality', and 'privacy protection' were relatively high. The results of this study may help assess the use of mobile health app design and sub items derived from this study, and the priority of the parent item derived from this study to increase the use of mobile health apps.
