초록

This study investigates the structural and magnetic evolution of Co-substituted Fe-Ni amorphous-nanocrystalline ribbons. The addition of Co significantly enhances thermal stability and saturation magnetization by promoting the formation of the B2 ordered Fe-Co phase. However, this improvement is accompanied by an increase in coercivity, which is attributed to interfacial stress, lattice constant distortion, and the formation of precipitated compounds during the FCC-to-BCC phase transition. These findings indicate that while Co substitution effectively improves high-temperature stability and saturation magnetic flux, precise compositional control is essential to mitigate structural distortions that can deteriorate soft magnetic properties. © 1965-2012 IEEE.
