KJ-KANO-TRIZ-AHP 기반의 중국 노인 친화 의약품 패키지 가독성 연구

초록

This study aims to redesign the textual information on pharmaceutical packaging to meet the needs of elderly users in China, thereby ensuring medication safety for the elderly, enhancing usability, and improving the experience of elderly individuals in an aging society. To achieve this goal, the study first employed the KJ method to conduct interviews and literature analysis, clarifying the needs of elderly Chinese users. Subsequently, based on these needs, a KANO questionnaire was designed, and the satisfaction coefficients of demand indicators were calculated using the KANO model. This helped identify the core factors affecting the reading ability of elderly Chinese users and classify their requirements. Following this, the study applied Altshuller’s contradiction matrix and the 40 inventive principles of TRIZ theory to resolve contradictions in the design proposals. Additionally, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and generative AI content creation technology were utilized to derive the optimal design proposal. The feasibility of the optimal design was ensured through consistency verification, which evaluated its validity. By innovatively redesigning the readability of pharmaceutical packaging information, this study addresses the medication information reading needs of elderly Chinese users. It is expected to make a significant contribution to improving medication safety for the elderly in an aging society. Furthermore, it provides new directions for the design of pharmaceutical packaging for elderly users in China.
