Glamping tourism has emerged as a nature-integrated form of hospitality that blends built environments with natural landscapes. Existing research has primarily focused on operational and service aspects, offering limited insight into how glamping design generates enduring tourism value. Drawing on Memory-Dominant Logic, this study examines how glamping design contributes to lasting consumer relationships through memory formation. Using survey data from 522 Chinese glamping tourists, the findings reveal that physical design elements and psychological safety enhance emotional well-being and memory formation, which subsequently strengthen destination attachment and revisit intentions. Furthermore, nature–space congruence moderates the relationship between experiential design and memory outcomes. © 2026 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.
